A Note From Nancy

Baking has always been my passion; a hobby I was impassioned for decades. It was an annual tradition for me to spend hours in my kitchen, baking cookies in small batches for close ones over the Christmas and Chinese New Year holidays. Friends and family raved about my cookies and eventually persuaded me to sell them. With courage and planning, I eventually took heart, and now share my signature bakes with everyone through Dovey Cookies.

In every bottle of cookie I’ve created, there is an inspired little story and magical aha moments of how it came to be. Over the years, I tried countless number of recipes and tweaked my own formulas multiple times to create the best tray of bakes. In everything we bake, we make with love.
