SHIPPING
Do you allow self-collection of orders?
Yes, you may choose to self-collect your orders on Tuesdays or Thursdays, 12pm (noon) at Ang Mo Kio MRT Station.

How much does local courier cost?
Local courier is SGD $8 per order. Free delivery applies with minimum spend of SGD $80 in a single order, to a single destination.

How long does local courier take?
Orders will be dispatched for local courier on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and will reach you on the same day, between 12PM - 6PM.

Do you do delivery to multiple locations?
We do not have that function right now so you will have to create a separate transaction.
ORDERS
Am I able to reschedule or cancel my order once it is confirmed?
We do not allow cancellation due to our limited capacity. You may reschedule your orders to a maximum of 7 days after the scheduled date. No rescheduling of orders before the scheduled date.
BAKES
How long do these bakes last?
Please store the cookie jars in a dry and cool environment, away from direct sunlight. The cookies are best consumed within 6 weeks.

Are your bakes halal?
We do not use Halal ingredients, but our bakes do not contain pork or lard.
